Mikele Buck is a Country/Red Dirt singer songwriter from West Virginia, who is now living in Eastern Nc. Mikele pulls his inspiration from artist like Brooks N Dunn, Garth Brooks, Travis Tritt, Steve Earle, Randy Rodgers Band , Reckless Kelly, Wade Bowen , Stoney Larue , Hank Jr ,Waylon Jennings and southern rock Greats like Charlie Daniells and Marshall Tucker Band. Mikele’s Family we’re bluegrass and gospel pickers. An Iraq war veteran that started his band up in 2005 after returning home.
I like blending the varieties of country music I grew up on, weather it be folk, Appalachian, 90’s country or southern rock. I love the art of songwriting and being creative. But never wanna miss the point of story telling. I just write my version of Country Music. Using real musicians and live instruments in the studio and on stage.
