Milan Ring is a Berlin-based songwriter, producer, guitarist, sound designer and mix engineer. Weaving together alt-electronic pop, R&B, and experimental soundscapes, her work is a rich tapestry of intricate vocal layering, lush guitar tones and raw, percussive energy, merging the organic and digital, the intimate and the expansive.
Originally from Sydney, Milan has been a leading force in Australia's alt-R&B music scene, earning an ARIA Award nomination for her critically acclaimed album Mangos. Her collaborations include work with Questlove, DRAM, DARGZ, Intellexual, Che Lingo, TA-KU, and Sampa The Great.
Her one-woman live show is a mesmerising fusion of technical mastery and raw emotional presence. She has performed alongside The Avalanches, Arlo Parks, Leon Bridges, TOKiMONSTA and Mansur Brown. Recently, Milan was nominated for the Anchor Award at Reeperbahn Festival 2024, Musically Directed the APRA Awards in Sydney and has been touring extensively across the US, UK, and EU.
