After setting the internet on fire with one iconic tweet, standing firm in her beliefs and being acknowledged for her song-writing contributions to the song Truth Hurts (2017) by Grammy Award Winning Artist, <a href="spotify:artist:56oDRnqbIiwx4mymNEv7dS" data-name="Lizzo">Lizzo</a>… Let it be known Mina Lioness is 100% that B***h!


Raised in North London with a West Indian upbringing and background and from a family known locally for always being ahead of the curve in Reggae and Soul Music, Mina has always had to be quick witted with words in order to be heard.


Even as a toddler, Mina Lioness would “warm up the mics” according to Mama Lioness in studio sessions for her Aunty Jennifer, by singing classic hit records like ‘Twinkle Twinkle Little Star’. With her earliest recording taking place at 3 years old. Doubled with a passion for singing, rapping and songwriting, music has always been Mina’s purpose in life through childhood into adulthood.

Now she sets her sights on proving so by releasing music which acts as soulful, empathetic and conversational pieces for her listeners. Mina hopes to transition her iconic tweets into lyrics for her listeners to not only feel good reading her words online but feel great listening to them also.
