Mindgroan is an Irish grunge band built in rehearsal rooms and sweat-heavy venues.
Formed around loud, fuzzy guitars and rough, emotionally raw songs, the band draw from the greats of the grunge scene with strong influences from Stone Temple Pilots, Nirvana, Silverchair, and Screaming Trees. They have filtered those ’90s legends through a modern, post-grunge lens.
Their debut EP Ripple was recorded at Ventry Recording Studios in late 2025 and captures Mindgroan in their truest, grittiest form. Moving from calm, soft-spoken vocal sections to full-on, vocal cord-tearing performances, the songs are built for contrast and impact.
With chest-pounding drums and skull-rattling bass, Mindgroan focus on volume, tension, and filling rooms with pure, raw energy.
