Having spent the last decade scaling cliffs, guitar-slinging and crafting songs along the east coast of the country, Mitch Rubly’s latest musical vessel Mini Waters places his clever, charming lyricism and warm-as-toast vocals amongst a band that blends delicate indie-folk with dreamy alt-country and sunny psychedelia.
Now based in Narrm/Melbourne, Mitch and Mini Waters — featuring members of Bumpy’s band, Quality Used Cars, Aunty Blue and Squid Nebula — have completed their debut Mini Waters album titled Thanks For Everything, which will find its way out into the world at some point in 2025.
