Oli Mississippi MacDonald- a singer, guitarist and songwriter from London, England – speaks quietly but makes music with real gravitas. Mac is a rising star, having been honoured with a session by Cerys Matthews on her Radio 2 Blues show and championed by Mojo magazine. His recent collaborations include Vaneese Thomas, Benny Turner, Reverend Shawn Amos, and Hi Rhythm.
In 2024 Mac became part of the Take Me To The River Family, alongside Hi Rhythm, William Bell, Eric Gales, Jools Holland, Cyril and Ivan Neville and more.

In April 2024 MacDonald won the UK Blues Federation awards for Best Traditional Blues Artist and Best Acoustic Act at the UK Blues Awards. In 2025, he won Best Acoustic Act for the second time.
