Chris “Modias” Nijhof started making music from a very young age. As he grew up behind the drums starting at the age of 5, he combined his rhythmic feel with electronic production starting at the age of 12. Now, a few years later he found his sound being relaxing Lo-Fi beats. This was the foundation for starting his artist project “modias” which is a name his dad used to call him from a young age.

Modias has been preparing for an exciting 2023 with loads of tracks ready to release as he kicks it off with his debut single "memories" which was created on Bonaire, an inspirational place that brought him loads of ideas for the upcoming releases.
