Monody is a solo female producer and musician. Hailing from Bristol, they pull on a strong musical heritage; a dark downtempo, trip-hop core with minimalist electronic and post punk influences. Years of touring, producing, collaborating and running a DIY label across multiple projects and genres can be heard woven through Monody’s compositions. The result of this unique mix is a thick brooding sound, with strong rhythms, raw lyrics and a captivating powerful vocal delivery.
