Ramont "Monty G" Green is a singer, songwriter, and one half of the production team THE ARKITECHZ. More recognized for his contributions in reggae music, he's toured, written songs, and produced for and with some of the genre's biggest stars including Beenie Man, Kymani Marley, and Jr. Reid. Among his many abilities, he excels at discovering new talent. He's worked as the director of A&R at Flo Rida's Record label, IMG Strongarm, where he had the opportunity to work with great artists and talents. With the success and experience he has acquired, Monty took his vision and expertise to new heights with his own company, Royalty & Respect Management. After years leading his team as CEO, Monty is now taking off his executive hat and returning to his first love, music. Monty's multi-volume project, "Life, Faith, & Love" kicks off this fall.
