Amsterdam-based group Moon Tapes, have just finished recording their debut album ‘Speculation’. The album is due for release in 2019. In drawing inspiration from artists like Serge Gainsbourg, Françoise Hardy, The Stone Roses, but also 70’s film scores and the Art Deco movement, the group has adopted a distinct and recognisable aesthetic detectable in and surrounding their music.
