Growing up in Stockholm, Sweden, with ancestral roots tracing back to Gambia in West Africa, Mopiano's early musical influences were deeply engraved within his family. His uncle's collaboration on Dr. Alban's "Hello Afrika'' greatly influenced Mopiano’s artistry.
Having previously composed music for leading global brands, Mopiano is carving his own path toward becoming an influential composer and artist aspiring to become akin to Ludwig Göransson and Labrinth. Mopiano is currently active with his newly released album Lesson Learned.
