Morgan Willis is a French music producer hailing from the South of France, widely regarded as one of the pioneers of the Synthwave and Retrowave movement — reshaping 80s music with a modern cinematic twist.
Since 2012, he has crafted a signature sound blending vintage synths, emotional melodies, and Miami Vice-inspired electro-pop. His journey into the synthwave scene took off in 2015 with the album Night Rider, followed by a string of acclaimed releases: Miami Calling (2016), Sophie Teenage Dream (2017), Supernova (2018), Stay the Night (EP, 2018), The Jenkins House (2019), Skyline (2020), Damier Club (2023), DANCE (2024), The Last Chase (EP, 2024), Hotline Summer (2025), and OROMA (2025).
He is also one half of the duo Inviting Waters, alongside American singer Kel — with their debut album scheduled for release in 2026.
Morgan’s live performances have taken him across the globe, playing in cities like New York, Los Angeles, Paris, London, Berlin, Amsterdam, Barcelona, Marseille, Cologne, Helsinki, Sinalunga, and Darmstadt.
He is also an award-winning film composer (2020), bringing his retro-futuristic flair to the world of cinema.
