Moth Music began in 2000 as a journal of my first compositions to record and release.Doing instrumental pieces gave me the freedom to go in various directions of genre and arrangement. Without vocals, any given instrument could take or share the melody . Volumes 1-8 were done in a span of ten years and touched on most of my musical influences. Subsequent projects like Maple Bridge have followed to include lyrics and vocals, but the Moth Music series will always give me a broad pallet to utilize.
