Mr Sanka are a London-based indie dance-pop trio led by Nick van Hofwegen of <a href="spotify:artist:3pQXFWbvLit77NpvNmOo3k">Young & Sick</a>, along with individuals referred to only as Mustafa and James. Their upbeat, joyous sound is influenced by classic disco and pop as well as French house, sounding like a cross between <a href="spotify:artist:1xU878Z1QtBldR7ru9owdU">Phoenix</a> and <a href="spotify:artist:2CvCyf1gEVhI0mX6aFXmVI">Paul Simon</a>'s Graceland. They debuted during the summer of 2016 with the single "Flight Mode."
