MUGA

Raised in Tokyo Japan, MUGA is a track maker / player of the Aboriginal instruments didgeridoo. Since meeting this mystic instrument in 2004, he dedicated his life to explore the possibility of didgeridoo.

After one-year journey to didgeridoo homeland Australia from 2010 to 2011, he released 1st CD mini album “MUGA”. In 2014, released 12” vinyl “Trip to the Earth EP” from his own label Mandala Records.

In 2020, he started a new chapter of his music career by releasing digital single <a href="spotify:track:7LTIKW5T8vlOJUIuTU6aJR" data-name="Starlight Camp">Starlight Camp</a> and digital EP &#34;Soundscapes&#34;. Even after those works, he has constantly released digital singles until now.

As a producer, his work crosses over the border of genre, from meditative drone sound, field recordings of nature, and dance music like dub, house, techno. That tendency comes from his listening experience of various music genres.
