Murray Thorne

*Murray's home and family were not harmed in the recent fires that devastated the island of Maui. He is now pledging a portion of all revenues earned from 'Deconstruction Zone' to the relief efforts of Hawaii Community Foundation Maui Strong Fund and urges everyone to please donate.

Murray Thorne is a rock musician, singer/songwriter, entertainer and recording artist who now resides on the island of Maui, Hawaii. His career has led him across North America, playing with club acts, major label touring bands and as a solo performer. His album releases include Tin Can Telephone for which he won an IAIRA award for his song “Butterfly Kisses”. He is also well known on Maui for his impassioned live performances, notably his presentation of In The Flesh, a live solo performance of Pink Floyd’s The Wall. On December 31, 2022, he released “Sound Barrier”, a single which was immediately picked up and put on hot rotation by Maui’s STAR 95 FM. It was followed by a second single, “Laughing In The Face Of Success”, on April 15, 2023. Both singles will be included on his new EP, Deconstruction Zone, which will be released on July 14, 2023. He is planning to tour in the summer to support it.
