My Hysteria is a dark synthpop project from London, UK.
Started in 2017 as a duo, it's now the fully solo effort of Alessio Croe. Croe is the former lead singer of Italian post-punk outfit In Loving Memory, whose members include Christina (Froe Char) and André (Memory Lost).
MH blends dark synths with introspective, emotional vocals, influenced in equal parts by 80s dark electro and the new romantic movement.
The first solo EP, A Darker Romantic, was released in April 2022, with another in the works to be fully available in the autumn.
