MY Q is an independent artist from Seoul, Korea.
Earlier days he started his music career as a member of a melodic punk rock band NOPDOGS(Plug music) in HK back in 1997. After the band broke up he moved to England. After witnessing UK’s under ground scene (drum’n’bass / garage / breaks / dub steps etc.) in 2003 he comes back to his home town Seoul, Korea. After struggling couple of years trying to put a record out with some lables, he decides to start his own indie label Que station. In 2007 finally debuts as singer song writer MY Q.
Since then he has been continuously releasing many songs and albums under the influences of many different genres of music.
Lately he has been painting and having exhibitions and is now also known as an abstract painter.
