Mychel

With his fusion of Afro-beat, Pop, Dancehall, and Reggae Mychel emerges in 2020, on Leap year's special month. His music is seasoned with culture and marinated in soul as it brings Afro-fusion to the world. Mychel is not just an artist, but began his career as a musician (drums & many other instruments.) He has played on stage with some of the best artist afro-beats has to give, such as the likes of Olamide Baddo, Kizz Daniel, Bracket and others. Setting out to be recognized as an artist, he dropped his debut single February 29th, 2020.

Mychel was born in Lagos, Nigeria in the year 1996. He was born into a musical family right from the beginning so music was never out of the question for him. He has professionally been a musician since the age of 12, and began producing at the age of 15. It was through another musician friend that he realized in the middle of a session that he also had the power to create his own world through music and share his thoughts and deepest feelings. After being fully equipped to begin his own musical journey as a producer, Mychel honed his skills, while producing tracks for artist around locally. Now based in Arlington, TX he produces his own music as of now and prepares to release his debut EP.
