MYOSIS c’est le sentiment doux amer d’aller vers le haut sur une pente glissante. Entre harmonies vaporeuses et instants de brutalité distordue, les quatre bordelais dessinent sur scène un Post-Grunge d’une violente délicatesse.
Né d’un besoin de grandir, et inspiré du rock le plus nébuleux des années 90/2000, c’est en 2022 que le groupe voit le jour. Après un premier EP « Pretty Girls Are Never Sad » cette même année, puis une version live de l’EP, le groupe écume les scènes bordelaise et française 3 années durant. C’est avec son second opus « A Quiet Bloom In Reverse », sorti en mai 2025, que MYOSIS prend sens.

MYOSIS is the bitter-sweet feeling of soaring up a slippery slope. Between ethereal harmonies and moments of distorted brutality, the four Bordeaux natives paint a picture of violent delicacy on stage with their post-grunge sound.
Born out of a need to grow up, and inspired by the most nebulous rock of the 90s and 2000s, the band was formed in 2022. After releasing their first EP, « Pretty Girls Are Never Sad », that same year, followed by a live version of the EP, the band toured the stages of Bordeaux and France for three years. It was with their second EP, « A Quiet Bloom In Reverse », released in May 2025, that MYOSIS came into its own.
