NAIL, the electronic alter ego of the Silesian artist Karol Gwóźdź (born 1987), is an icon of the Silesian electro music scene. He began entering the world of music in his early childhood, and over time, through his fascination with breakdance and electric boogie, he discovered himself in electronic music. He made his DJ debut at the age of 17 in the Underground Club in Chorzów (2005). His distinctive style manifests in several genres. The first and by far the most important is electro music, which he both produces and performs, mixing with other styles (electro-tech, breakbeat, techno). In the past, he organized many events in Silesia, including the "Sex with the Machines" series and "Zicherungi" at the legendary INQbator Club.

Associated with the Berlin-based label Dominance Electricity, currently considered one of the most influential in electro music, for which he recorded the EP "Revelation", later recognized by Bleep as one of the best of 2019. As a producer, he is also known for his love of chillout sounds. A true one-man orchestra; apart from music, also known as one of the most important writers of Silesian literature.
