Nardean is an MC, singer and poet who hates writing about herself in the third person.
Born in Australia, to an Egyptian family, I grew up surrounded by a number of clashing cultures. It means that I have some interesting shit to write about.
Mostly, I focus on lyrics. I started with poetry, then transitioned to hip hop, then kept singing more. Now I am somewhere in the middle of all those things.
Performing is one of my favourite parts about this whole thing, because I get to look you in the eyes and we don't do that enough as humans anymore.
