"Zambian born songstress Nasana is a singer-songwriter based in the UK. Her music is a fusion of afro-vibes, R&B and soul which creates a soothing sound for any listener. Nasana was part of a vocal group called NOSOVE who represented Zambia and won the BBC worldwide singing competition called ‘The Next Big Thing’ in 1999. As part of their prize the group travelled to the United Kingdom to record an album called 'Songs from the bush' in the world-renowned Maida Vale Studio. It’s at that point that music became a part of her. Nasana’s talent quickly caught people’s attention, her feature on MAG44 and Pompi's song “Wishing” on the 'bwana' album was a strong stepping stone to the future of her career. "
