Carioca de Bento Ribeiro, Nego Damoé é cantor e compositor em ascensão no pagode. Formado nas rodas da Zona Norte, destaca-se por unir o pagode tradicional a novas sonoridades, sempre com autenticidade. Passou por grupos como Zoa Samba, Pagode da Tia Doca e Sou Mais Samba, além de fundar o Caju Pra Baixo e integrar a banda do Ferrugem. É idealizador do projeto “Samba de Rua”, em Madureira — palco onde Ludmilla gravou “Cam Girl” ao vivo com o artista. Com carisma e forte identidade musical, Nego Damoé conecta o público a letras sobre amor, luta e cotidiano, refletindo a poesia e a resistência do povo brasileiro.
Born and raised in Bento Ribeiro, Rio de Janeiro, Nego Damoé is an emerging singer and songwriter in the pagode scene. Rooted in the traditional rodas of the city’s North Zone, he blends classic pagode with fresh, contemporary elements. He has been part of groups such as Zoa Samba, Pagode da Tia Doca and Sou Mais Samba, founded the group Caju Pra Baixo, and later joined Ferrugem’s band. Damoé also leads the “Samba de Rua” project in Madureira — the stage where Ludmilla recorded the live version of “Cam Girl” alongside him. With charisma and a strong musical identity, he connects audiences through songs about love, struggle and everyday life, bringing the soul and resilience of Brazilian culture to the forefront.
