Neon Star Sky is a bedroom shoegaze/indie rock/noise rock project by Ilari Oinonen, a Finnish artist based in the Netherlands. A wall of guitars, melancholic melodies and whispering vocals in an echoing church lobby, seasoned with a touch of noise and dissonance. Neon Star Sky observes the quirks and contradicts of the society, suffers from crushing climate change anxiety, and yet manages to remains a fierce optimist for humankind and its future.
