Neuman Pinto is a Singer Songwriter from Mumbai. His 15 years of experience as a vocalist and a vocal arranger in Bollywood has taught him how to work seamlessly with different genres of music, yet keeping a strong sense of his unique style through all the projects he has worked on. He has worked extensively with reputed Music Directors like A.R Rahman, Vishal Shekhar, Amit Trivedi, Pritam, Shankar Ehsaan Loy, Salim Suleiman, Dhruv Ghanekar, Clinton Cerejo and many more.
Neuman's playback work in Bollywood encompasses songs like 'Aazadiyan' and 'Kahani Khatam hai', from the movie 'Udaan' , 'Phas Gaya' form the movie "Aamir", 'Murabba' from "Nil Battey Sannata" and 'Percentage' from the movie "Faltu", just to name a few.
After years of working in the Ad and Bollywood industry in Mumbai, Neuman finally released his debut single, ‘Give Me Some Rest’ in 2019, as a singer songwriter. It is an honest, mature, straight from the heart, melody driven song, that instantly draws people into his world.
His influences include artists like Simon and Garfunkel, The Beatles, Fleetwood Mac, Bread, Jim Croce, Michael Jackson and John Mayer. You will hear traces of them woven through his mini-album ‘Brave’, which he also released in 2019.
Neuman released his 2nd EP; ‘Let’s Go Back’, on the 12th of March 2021. The four-track compilation is centred around what Neuman holds very close to his heart..family.
