Niall McNamee is an Irish singer-songwriter and actor known for his own passionate, thoughtful and full-blooded songs. He has starred opposite Pierce Brosnan, fought with Jackie Chan and now is starring as the leading role in numerous feature films.
Niall moved to London at 17 years old working on building sites whilst growing a devoted fan base playing gigs in pubs and music venues across London. After a sold out headline tour of the UK and Ireland in 2023 Niall was cast as the leading role in award winning feature film ‘Love Without Walls’ in which he plays a struggling Songwriter trying to navigate London’s harsh streets. The soundtrack to the film is made up of Niall’s original songs. Autumn 2025 sees him playing Irish goalkeeper Alan Kelly in feature film 'Saipan', starring Steve Coogan.
As a solo artist he has supported the likes of The Wolfetones, Declan O’Rourke, Melissa Ethridge, David Keenan, Junior Brother, The Dubliners and played Isle of Wight and Cambridge Folk festival.
Autumn 2025 sees the release of his debut album 'Glass and Mirrors' and his biggest headline tour to date, 25 venues across the UK and Ireland. Support for his singles has come from Ireland AM (Virgin Media TV), BBC Introducing, BBC Radios London, Wales, Foyle and Ulster; RTE Radio 1, Amazing Radio, Gorgeous FM, and Times Radio, with wide ranging press support from Ireland's Hot Press, to Americana UK, American Songwriter Magazine and the Daily Telegraph
