Nick Bridges aka Bodyrox gained Worldwide recognition in 2006 with ‘Yeah Yeah’ - one of the ‘biggest Global hits in electronic dance music’ [Pete Tong] which took the World by storm ‘filling every record box under the sun’ [Pete Tong].
Supplemented by a unique vocal, a killer remix package and award winning video, ‘Yeah Yeah’ became one of this decades biggest club anthems, kicking starting the global ‘Nu Rave’ and 'Future House’ phenomenon. On its official release in October 2006, ‘Yeah Yeah’ debuted at no.2 in the UK Top 40 and charted in over 30 countries Worldwide.
Riding a massive wave of success, Bodyrox went on to top both Music Week’s Cool Cuts and the DMC Buzz Chart with their next four singles, receiving nominations and awards at the International Dance Music Awards and MTV’s Video Music Awards and The Ivor Novello Awards - one of the music industries most prestigious awards. In 2010, they achieved their 2nd triple platinum UK Top 10 with ‘We Dance On’ featuring N-Dubz - entering the UK chart at No.6.
Tagged a ‘Supergroup’ by Pete Tong following their Radio One Essential Mix, Bodyrox cemented themselves in clubbing history In 2012 with another huge record, ‘Bow Wow Wow’ featuring UK rapper Chipmunk, topping Music Week’s club and pop chart once again.
