Nick Hollywood (see also Lemon), is a UK based multi-instrumental artist & DJ who was behind London’s long-running and legendary Club Montepulciano nightclub (Club M) and its spin-off record label from 1994 - 2005. Club Montepulciano released a series of influential lounge music compilations including Bongo Beach and Showgirls & Sugardaddies as well as music from their house bands Numero Uno, Montepulciano and of course Lemon. Club Montepulciano was described by Time Out Magazine in 2004 as one of the "things you have to do to call yourself a real Londoner"!

Nick subsequently went on to found the Brighton-based independent record label Freshly Squeezed in 2005. His second artist album With A Twist was the label's first ever release - ZESTCD001!

As well as running the record and publishing company (heard here: This Is Freshly Squeezed), he continued to run club nights (finally retiring after 25 years in 2019). Nick also broadcast the globally syndicated radio show 'Freshly Squeezed' for 10 years, worked with Island Record (part of Universal) on the Vintage Remix JV, founded the world's first Electro Swing Club (London), ran and curated the White Mink club nights and compilation series (which included the outlier Deep Henderson), the Electro Blues club nights and compilation series, curated festival stages from Latitude to Love Supreme and promoted stand alone UK concerts by artists including Caravan Palace and Parov Stelar.
