Nicosongs is an Australian Latino artist known for creating emotionally driven music that blends strong melodies into a distinctive and evolving sound. His work balances energy with introspection, resulting in music that feels both impactful and deeply expressive.

Nicosongs, also known as Nico, comes to music through theatre, self-taught singing, live performance, and the long discipline of covering artists whose emotional directness helped form his own voice.

Nicosongs’ journey began with inspiration drawn from theatre and dance whilst living in Chile during childhood, as well as pop, dance and R&B music -shaped through covering songs by artists such as Britney Spears, Ne-Yo, and Lady Gaga. These influences continue to inform his approach to songwriting and performance - blending mainstream pop with a more personal and evolving artistic identity.

Nico has performed at popular Melbourne venues such as The Workers Club and Bar Open. He’s also opened for Sam Perry, winner of The Voice Australia 2018, at the Werribee Pop Up Park, and has been part of the line-up for the Wyndham Lunar New Year festival.
