Nizlopi are <a href="spotify:artist:7hVQ6cMrCGnsr8dkOzXmOE" data-name="Luke Concannon">Luke Concannon</a> and John Parker, dear friends who met on the school bus in Warwick England when they were 13 years old, through 17 years of creativity they made a body of work that has one foot in the folk jazz of <a href="spotify:artist:3JulrApLVT81sb2HkfwMks" data-name="John Martyn">John Martyn</a> and Danny Thompson and another in the live hip-hop of <a href="spotify:artist:78xUyw6FkVZrRAtziFdtdu" data-name="The Roots">The Roots</a>. They are now best known for being a huge influence on a young <a href="spotify:artist:6eUKZXaKkcviH0Ku9w2n3V" data-name="Ed Sheeran">Ed Sheeran</a>, and their independent No1 'The JCB Song'. Luke Concannon has been releasing under his own name since 2013 (you can hear a playlist of his songs below) and John Parker plays with many of the UK's finest acts.
