Noctus Arcanus

Noctus Arcanus, from Curitiba - Brazil, is a Death/Black Metal band. A style characterized by heavy, aggressive and fast riffs, with atmospheric and symphonic passages emphasizing the dark and deep ambience of the songs. The main lyrical themes are alienation, misanthropy, anti religion, anti Christianity, philosophy, psychology, nature and the universe and its sciences.

Founded by Felipe Franco, the project emerged in 2013 where the first compositions began to appear. In 2019, the first single was released, entitled Colossal Expansion of Mind's Disorder, which it’s about a troubled mind in the midst of an anxiety crisis surrounding numerous conspiracies. In 2020 the band was then reformulated by merging with the OSE project (Black Metal/DSBM), consolidating its formation and releasing the second single entitled Impure Existence.

In 2023 the band released the single <a href="spotify:track:1g0V6jzYW0mbMskkLLydgE" data-name="Minute of Silence for Those Who Were Burned">Minute of Silence for Those Who Were Burned</a> which precedes the song 1478 which will be released in early June. In addition, the group is working on recording its first album, which will also be released until the end of 2023.
