Imagine two sides of a starry, winding road. On the left, the thumping noises of a city at night. On the right, folk songs dance with desert winds. NOMÅGIK’s music stands at the middle, on this pulsing path where sand meets pavement, where Bedouin and Gnawa rhythms fuse with resolutely electronic aromas.

Several years ago, NOMÅGIK was riding a train that broke down for a few hours. He found himself next to a magnetic and talkative Tuareg elder woman. After 3 hours of passionate conversations about music, he went home to listen to her recommendations. In them, he found his frequencies. This connection that would redefine his music.

Born in Greece and bred in Munich, NOMÅGIK is a sonic traveler shaping his world with curiosity. A multicultural music producer since the age of 15, he’s opened up his urban sound, fed by electronic music and Hiphop, to welcome North African rhythms. The result is a borderless blend between electronica and folk, bringing the slowly building euphoria of desert traditional sounds to the dance-floor.
