Nopetsallowed are trailblazers of the Bisaya hip-hop movement, credited with sparking a cultural shift that brought bisaya underground rap to the streets. Formed in 2007 in Dipolog City, the group consists of Hero Tunguia, Brugoy, Pitz Winston, and Ariel “Papi Cholo” Guevarra, and was founded alongside the independent label Rebel Doggs Records.
