Scottish fellowship NORTH ATLAS hail from the rural lowlands of the Solway Firth, harnessing elements of their cultural surroundings within their music and imagery. Wonderfully impossible to pin down, combining cultural & counter-cultural influences, folk, electronic, rock: North Atlas’ dark escapism lives somewhere near the rallying point of Biffy Clyro, Nine Inch Nails and Fever Ray.
North Atlas will be no strangers to Scottish fans of emerging live bands. They’ve supported some of the biggest names in rock from Skindred to Enter Shikari and graced stages from the iconic rock festival Download to Glasgow’s Barrowland Ballroom. Their latest headline show at Glasgow’s legendary Cathouse was completely sold out. Additionally, contrary to what you may expect, North Atlas too are not ignorant to harnessing social media and technology, having amassed millions of TikTok views from around the world.
With highly anticipated new music, following on from previous E.P.s, the band approach a watershed moment, and now, freeing themselves from all conventions of the established rock and metal industry this small town Scottish four-piece prepare to cut a truly distinctive path.
