Nova Amandlah

Zambian/Nigerian singer, songwriter and actress. Better known by her stage name Nova Amandlah. She rose to fame in 2019 after being featured as a guest artist on Zambian rapper, Stevo’s “Safe” album.
The rich diversity of Nova’s music is credited to her Zambian and South African background of which she taps into every time she creates her music. Nova is described as being ahead of her time due to her ability to set musical trends and explore new ways to express herself artistically. With strong and amazing vocals she easily thrives as an R&B songstress but also blends perfectly as a popstar and afro-beat Queen. Nova has for the past seven years continued to grow from being the young Sparrow she was formerly called to her current flight to new power as the music goddess we all know today.
In 2020, Nova, who is Nsenga by tribe, was the only Zambian female musician to be nominated for the Afrimusic song contest. This achievement provided the much needed hype leading up to her recently released project “Unveiled” which was supported by the hit single “Ring On It”.
