The new single 'Slow Down' sets off a new chapter of creativity for Nuala Honan – exploring new heights of noise and pop production, following her years as a much loved acoustic folk artist. Whipping up a head of steam from sweet and beguiling beginnings, 'Slow Down” transmits the energy of her band in the live arena, where they really come into their own. This handpicked crew of creative musicians stoke the flames of Honan’s talent which has been refined over a decade of paying her dues on the live circuit and building a following for her exceptional vocals and magnetic connection with audiences. In addition to running her own highly praised live night in Bristol for years, and playing standalone shows across the UK and beyond, Honan has performed on some of the biggest festival bills including Glastonbury, Womad, Electric Picnic, Boomtown, Wilderness, Bestival, Larmer Tree and Green Man.
