At just 25 years old, Jonathan "Oberg" Andersson from Sweden has been enveloped in music since his early childhood. "I started playing guitar and singing when I was five, and music has always been a part of my life, as nearly everyone in my family is musically inclined," Oberg shares.
His musical journey took a pivotal turn in 2013 after attending an Avicii concert with his sister. That experience opened his eyes to the world of electronic music, with Tim Bergling (Avicii) becoming a significant inspiration for Oberg. "I began producing my own music in 2015 and shared it with friends. Their encouragement led me to pursue it further," he recalls.
Oberg's breakthrough came in 2018 when he connected with Ninetone Records, leading to his first song on Spotify that swiftly climbed into Sweden's top 50 viral list. In 2020, Oberg released four singles, including "Take My Hand," which amassed over 40 million streams in less than a year, solidifying his status as a rising star in the music world.
