Okaio is a lo-fi, electronica producer and singer who blends dreamy webcore, ambient pop, and experimental orchestral sounds into immersive, nostalgic journeys.

A classically trained pianist and flutist turned indie producer, Okaio (aka Katja) weaves cinematic melodies, glitchy textures, and raw emotion into tracks that feel equally at home in a film score or a rainy-night playlist.

Drawing inspiration from nature, solitude, and artists like Kevin Penkin, FNZ, Anyma, and Emile Mosseri, her music creates space for introspection, heartbreak, healing, and moments of quiet awe.

Crafted with a minimalist setup in scenic cabins or remote studios, Okaio’s songs are produced entirely by her , often recorded with just a MacBook Air, MIDI keyboard, and GarageBand, before collaborating with close friends on drums and rap verses.

Her debut EP "Before<30" just released, a deeply personal soundscape inviting you to feel, reflect, and drift.
