ON THE TRACK est une initiative innovante portée par Elzo Jamdong, figure incontournable de la scène urbaine sénégalaise depuis une dizaine d'années, en collaboration avec le producteur à succès franco-sénégalais Yoroglyphe connu notamment pour le hit "PSG Freestyle - Matuidi Charo" de Niska et Iyane, manager de longue date d’Elzo Jamdong.
Pensé comme une véritable pépinière de talents, ON THE TRACK a pour ambition d’identifier, former et propulser une nouvelle génération d’artistes à travers tout le Sénégal. Ce projet s’inscrit dans une dynamique de transmission, de solidarité et de structuration de l’écosystème musical local, en écho au programme Mën Na Nekk également porté par Elzo Jamdong.
Premier acte de cette vision : l’album collectif WE ON !!!
ENG : ON THE TRACK is an innovative initiative led by Elzo Jamdong, a key figure in Senegal’s urban music scene for over a decade, in collaboration with acclaimed French-Senegalese producer Yoroglyphe best known for the hit "PSG Freestyle – Matuidi Charo" by French rapper Niska and Iyane, Elzo Jamdong’s longtime manager.
Conceived as a true talent incubator, ON THE TRACK aims to identify, train, and launch a new generation of artists across Senegal. The project is grounded in a spirit of transmission, solidarity, and the structuring of the local music ecosystem, echoing the values of Elzo Jamdong’s Mën Na Nekk program.
The first milestone in this vision is the collective album WE ON!!!
