After more than 5 years of silence the Finnish Progressive Rock band Opus Symbiosis are back. Vocalist Christine Sten, guitarist Victor Sågfors and drummer Daniel Hjerppe are the main brains behind the new album Fata Morgana.

Album includes 8 songs which sound is inspired by the early 80’s era of prog rock, such as Genesis (Duke and Abacad) and King Crimson (Beat). Legendary bassist Tony Levin is featured on two songs on the album. King Crimson drummer Pat Mastelotto is featuring as well on one song. Other musicians presented are bassist Jonas Kuhlberg, keyboard player Oliver Tschernij, trumpet player Anders Sjölind and backing vocalists Nina Lassander and Anna Timgren.

Opus Symbiosis was funded in a garage in Kållby, Finland 2003 by the teenage school-pals Christine Sten, Victor Sågfors, Jafet Kackur, Michael Rosenback and Roger Edström. Through the years Opus Symbiosis has released 3 albums and 2 EP's. Other members that has been a part of the band through time is Erik Herman Lillkung, Staffan Strömsholm and Patrik Björni.
