With over 80 million streams as an artist and more than 400 million as a songwriter, Patrik Jean has established himself as one of Sweden’s most versatile pop figures. He first gained recognition as a songwriter behind the winning songs on Swedish Idol in both 2017 and 2019, and solidified his success with a victory in Melodifestivalen 2020, co-writing The Mamas hit “Move.”
Patrik has collaborated with some of the world’s leading DJs, including Felix Jaehn, Topic, Ilkay Sencan, and Sevenn, and has toured arenas across Germany. As a solo artist, he’s released acclaimed tracks like the gold-certified “Lean on Me,” as well as “Prosecco” and “The Talk,” with placements on New Music Friday in over 20 countries.
He made his debut as a performing artist in Melodifestivalen 2021 with “Tears Run Dry” and has since returned to the competition multiple times as a songwriter – most recently with “Yihaa” by Dolly Style that went straight to #1 and Life Again by Annika Wickihalder.
Internationally, Patrik has achieved major success with radio #1s in Germany, gold and platinum certifications in multiple countries, and placements in TV shows such as American Idol, Love & Hip Hop, and RuPaul’s Drag Race.
