Pavlos Pavlidis

Pavlos Pavlidis is a musician, lyricist and singer, born on October 13, 1964 in Bremen of Germany and grown up in Veria.  
 
From 1984 to 1988 he was a member of the band <a href="spotify:artist:0xxAzL5SqC4C7kCrFJ8NSe" data-name="Mora sti Fotia">Mora sti Fotia</a>.  
In 1989 he moved to Paris and created the Brancaleone studio together with Nikos Kantaris. In that time, Pavlos composed the core of the album &#34;Xessaloniki&#34; .
In 1992 he created the band <a href="spotify:artist:2zsxq4xTSDddUsmf1GT6Wt" data-name="Xilina Spathia">Xilina Spathia</a>. With Pavlidis being the lead singer, composer and lyricist,  <a href="spotify:artist:2zsxq4xTSDddUsmf1GT6Wt" data-name="Xilina Spathia">Xilina Spathia</a> released 5 albums and made several tours in both Greece and abroad, including milestone performances along legendary acts as <a href="spotify:artist:5UqTO8smerMvxHYA5xsXb6" data-name="Sonic Youth">Sonic Youth</a>, <a href="spotify:artist:36E7oYfz3LLRto6l2WmDcD" data-name="Pulp">Pulp</a> and <a href="spotify:artist:22bE4uQ6baNwSHPVcDxLCe" data-name="The Rolling Stones">The Rolling Stones</a>. 

In 2003, after <a href="spotify:artist:2zsxq4xTSDddUsmf1GT6Wt" data-name="Xilina Spathia">Xilina Spathia</a> had split up and after completing the album <a href="spotify:album:385ty1jBDdBv1W2Tu1dHTC" data-name="Afou Loipon Xehastika (Remastered)">Afou Loipon Xehastika (Remastered)</a> (2004), he created the <a href="spotify:artist:2YQ3gwZP7jc1IW4pLlopLV" data-name="B-movies">B-movies</a>. Together they released 6 albums and two 7″ singles and they toured Greece - and abroad- several times, performing in some of the largest Music Festivals.

In September 2020, he released two new 7” singles (“I nea varvarotita – Despoinis”, with the participation of Giannis Aggelakas, &amp; “Apenanti – Afisa ton Fovo na fygei”).
