El 2004 lanza con Solver Label su álbum "Play" que incluye el hit internacional “Cuando pienses en volver”. El 2007 lanza TalkShow y firma con Warner Music Spain quien lanza un disco recopilatorio llamado "Pedro Suárez-Vértiz" y posteriormente el 2009 "Amazonas" álbum grabado y producido entre Los Angeles y Londres por el renombrado Thom Russo.
El 2007, Pedro Suárez-Vértiz manifestó disartria, síntoma que se caracteriza por presentar dificultades al hablar, respirar y genera problemas de coordinación, dicción. El 2008 se le diagnosticó el síndrome neuromuscular bulbar, el 2011 perdió el habla, canceló sus entrevistas, giras, conciertos y preparó lanzando el 2014 su banda: PEDRO SUáREZ-VéRTIZ®LA BANDA. Pedro falleció el 28/12/23 a los 54 años.
