A versatile singer/songwriter and multi-instrumentalist, Peppina was born and raised in Helsinki, Finland, and composes in both English and her native tongue. A talented vocalist who plays piano, guitar, and classical flute, Peppina's dulcet, radio-ready folk-pop first found success via actor Joseph Gordon-Levitt's open collaboration website/production company hitRECord. Impressed with what he heard, Levitt invited the young artist to Los Angeles to perform her single "We Can Go Back Again" live on hitRECord on TV, and the following year, Peppina flew to New York to begin work on her debut EP, the self-funded Follow Your Gravity. Released in early 2015, the EP included the singles "Time Standing Still" and "What You Are Will Show." ~ James Christopher Monger
