Sofía Trénor and Ignacio Madero lead Personal Belongings, a Spanish indie-folk band with a 15-year legacy blending various acoustic styles from folk to swing, jazz, and pop. Radio 3, Spain's national radio, describes them as creating "a timeless sound, delicate and full of personality - organic music that accompanies you from the first moment and fills the atmosphere with melancholy, dreams, imagination, and warmth."

Their journey began with "Clocks," which has garnered 2.7 million Spotify streams, featured on their self-titled debut album (2010). Their second album, "The Cemetery of Lost Socks" (2012), included "Prince of Paradox," which was featured in Roberto Santiago's film "Estás ahí?"

Personal Belongings has established a strong presence in Spanish media, with their music appearing in numerous TV series including "Mi casa es tuya" (Mediaset), "Fragile" (Mediaset), "Karabudjan" (Antena 3), "HKM" (Cuatro), and "Question of Sex" (Cuatro). Their songs were included in a compilation album that became a bestseller in 2016.

The band released their new EP "Can Somebody Please?" on April 28, 2025, exploring themes of youth mental health in the digital era, the floods in Spain and gaslighting.
