Peter Hecht

born and raised in the East of Germany, it is kind of a mystery how former competitive athlete Peter Hecht found his affection for electronic music and its scene. Whether it was his early childhood obsession with the music of Modern Talking and Scooter, or partying and getting wasted after quitting years of daily training routine, or just his strong passion for indoor smoking? - maybe a mix of everything!


his journey started a few years ago by producing and djing in his hometown Halle and a residency at Charles Bronson, which is ongoing until today, followed by co-founding Joyfriend Records and releasing several EPs on his own imprint and other labels like Musica Autonomica and Freeride Millenium under his aliases „Odd Only“ and „Paflo“.


after making music with his long-time homie DJ Fabi *mostly over the past years, Peter Hecht aka deliver-guy is now on a one-man-mission, focused more than ever on his cross-genre taste. Always torn between Kraftwerk and Pink Floyd, between overdriven uptempo breakbeats and beatless cinematic soundscapes, between laidback coolness and boring press texts.
