BMI Award Winning Composer/Writer Keith Anthony Bougere created the rap group PG-13 in 1990 while in 8th grade middle school. The group got a recording contract and deal that same year. Keith went on to reach the #5 Spot With his His Single "Teenage Reporter", on the City One Stop National Distribution Charts. Keith still has a fan base throughout the world especially Brazil. He tells the story on his Spotify Page "Step Into The 90's" Album.

Later On the Name PG-13 would also be used by Little Vybz and Little Addi sons of Hit Maker Vybz Cartel. They've all grown up now and continue to thrive in the Music Industry Today. Their Hit Single "Hero" as PG-13 will always be memorable. What is your favorite PG-13 Song?
