Philosophers is a Hungarian band formed back in 2014. The band’s former lineup created music that contained lyrics, but after being left without a singer and also following the advice of their record label at the time, they decided to stick with instrumental music.
Their first album, Handmade (2015) was based on this concept that they tried to improve by new impulses and harmonizations on their following album, Dance (2016).
After a short break, the band recorded their newest album, Alaska. The style of the record harkens back to the classic rock music of the 1970s and tries to imitate the old school sounding of that era, with a little bit of modern influence.
