After having met in the throws of a sweaty concert in a Berlin basement in 2019, the three members - Camille Haimet (FR/USA), Carla Cixi (IT) and KC Dahlehan (SE) - decided to start writing songs together. Sharing their varied influences (MBV, The Cure, French Cold Wave) the band seeks to create darkly seductive soundscapes infused with gentle spoken word and surrealistic poetry in English and French - blending the melodic fuzz of shoegaze and dream pop with the stripped down, low-fi aesthetic of post-punk.
All material is DIY: recorded, produced and mixed in the band’s home studio in Berlin.
